Derinkuyu undergrunnsby er ein underjordisk by frå antikken som ligg i det noverande distriktet Derinkuyu i provinsen Nevşehir i Tyrkia. Med fem nivå strekkjer han seg 60 meter under jorda og var stor nok til å skjule ca. 20 000 menneske med buskapen deira og matlager. Det er den største utgravde underjordiske byen i Tyrkia og ein av fleire underjordiske kompleks i Kappadokia.

Ungergrunnsbyen vart hogd ut i den mjuke vulkanske steinen i Kappadokia, kanskje av folk frå Frygia, kring 700- og 600-talet fvt.[1] Han kan ha vorte utvida under Austromarriket. Byen kunne lukkast frå innsida med store steindører. Komplekset har i alt 13 etasjar og kvar av dei kan lukkast. Byen hadde vin- og olivenpresser, stallar, kjellarar, lager, spisesalar og kapell.
Han vart opna for turistar i 1969 og i dag er om lag halvparten av byen open for publikum.
