Geoff Dunn (fødd 1961 i Clapham i London i England) er ein engelsk trommeslagar.
Frå 2002 til 2007 spelte han trommer i Manfred Mann's Earth Band. Før dette spelte han med Van Morrison og var med på album som Too Long In Exile, A Night in San Francisco, Days Like This[1] and The Healing Game.
Han er i dag medlem av Procol Harum, og speler på livealbuma deira One Eye to the Future – Live in Italy 2007, The Spirit of Nøkken og MMX.
