Aksaj (russisk: Аксай) er en by i Rostov oblast i Russland. Den ligger på høyre bredd av elva Don, rundt 15 km nordøst for Rostov-na-Donu.

Den ble grunnlagt på andre halvdel av 1500-tallet som en kosakk-bosetning. Fram til 1700-tallet het den Ust-Aksajaskaja (russisk: Усть-Акса́йская), Nizjnije Razdory (russisk: Ни́жние Раздо́ры), Kobjakovskij (russisk: Кобяковский), Atamanskij (russisk: Атама́нский) og Nizjnij (russisk: Ни́жний). Fra 1791 har navnet vært stanitsa Aksajskaja (russisk: Акса́йская). I 1957 fikk den innvilget bystatus under navnet Aksaj.
Aksaj er i dag en industrisatellittby til Rostov-na-Donu.
