Bagrationovsk (russisk: Багратионовск, tysk: Preußisch Eylau, litauisk: Yluva eller Prūsų Ylava, polsk: Pruska Iława eller Iławka) er en liten by i det nåværende Kaliningrad oblast i Russland, rundt 37 kilometer sør for Kaliningrad. Byen ligger rett ved grensen til Polen og har 6 409 innbyggere (2016). Byen het Eylau fram til 1946.

Den tyske orden bygde i 1325 ett slott på dette stedet, og byen som vokste opp rundt dette ble kalt Eylau.
Da Den tyske orden ble sekularisert i 1525, ble byen en del av hertugdømmet Preussen og fikk byrettigheter i 1585. Senere ble området arvet av Hohenzollerne og ble en del av markgreveskapet Brandenburg i 1618. Byen ble en del av Kongeriket Preussen i 1701 og administrert som en del av provinsen Øst-Preussen fra 1773. Under den Preussen-ledete tyske samlingen i 1871 ble området en del av Det tyske riket.
Det blodige slaget ved Eylau sto her 7.-8. februar 1807 mellom Napoleons La grande armée og de russiske styrkene under kommando av Levin August von Bennigsen.
Under avslutning av andre verdenskrig rykket Den røde armé inn i byen våren 1945 og den tyske befolkningen som ikke allerede hadde flyktet ble fordrevet vestover. Byen ble omdøpt til dagens navn i 1946 til minne om den russiske generalen Pjotr Ivanovitsj Bagration som hadde deltatt i slaget ved Eylau.
