Brøggerhalvøya er ei halvøy på vestkysten av Spitsbergen, Svalbard og er 20 km lang og 10 km bred. Vest for Brøggerhalvøya ligger Forlandsundet og i nordøst Kongsfjorden. Ny-Ålesund ligger nordøst på Brøggerhalvøya.
Svalbardrein ble satt ut på Brøggerhalvøya av Norsk Polarinstitutt i 1978 som et eksperiment etter å ha vært et reinfritt område i 100 år. Svalbardreinen formerte seg raskt og beitet ned et biologisk rikt område og reduserte artsmangfoldet[1]
Brøggerhalvøya, Kongsfjord-området og Ny-Ålesund er et beskyttet forskningsområde og annen virksomhet kan ikke skade eller være til hinder for forskningen.
Brøggerhalvøya har sitt navn etter professor og geolog Waldemar Christopher Brøgger (1851–1940) ved Universitetet i Oslo.
