DiGi.Com Berhad, eller DiGi, er et malaysisk holdingsselskap som eier mobiloperatøren Digi Telecommunications Ltd. , Digi.Com Berhad ble grunnlagt i 1995 som Mutiara Swisscom Bhd, og børsnotert i Kuala Lumpur i 1997. I 2001 ble selskapets aksjemajoritet overtatt av norske Telenor, som har kontrollerende flertall i selskapet. Aksjeposten på 61% ble i 2008 redusert til 49% etter pålegg fra malaysiske myndigheter, men aksjonæravtalen viderefører Telenors kontrollerende flertall i Digi. Andre betydelige eiere er ulike malaysiske fond, JP Morgan Chase Bank, og TT DotCom Berhad.
DiGi lanserte det første digitale mobilnettet i Asia, den 24. mai 1995. Selskapet var også først ute med GPRS og EDGE i Malaysia. Selskapet sender primært i 1800 MHz-båndet. Fra 2009 harselskapet også egen 3G-konsesjon, og vil bygge ut eget, landsdekkende nett for mobile datatjenester.
DiGi har i 2009 totalt 7,07 millioner mobilkunder, en markedsandel på 25,3%. Hovedkonkurrentene Maxis hadde 41% og Celcom 30,7% markedsandel for mobil. Selskapet omsatte for 8,11 mrd kroner i 2008.[1] Antall ansatte er om lag 2.200, og administrerende direktør siden 2011 er Henrik Clausen.
