Golkarpartiet (Partai Golongan Karya, Partiet av funksjonelle grupper - ordet golkar betyr både «forening» eller «funksjon» og, i overført betydning, «gul») er et politisk parti i Indonesia som ble etablert i 1964. Fram til 1999 var dette partiet til tidligere diktator, president Suharto, som ble tvunget til å gå av i 1998, etter store demonstrasjoner for demokrati. Partiet har valgt seg gulfargen som identitetsmarkør, og tilhengerne sees ofte i blant annet gule jakker og med gule symboler.[2]

Mange tidligere og sittende medlemmer av Golkarpartiet har i 2020 og 2021 blitt anklaget og etterforsket for blant annet korrupsjon og folkemord.[3][4][5]
Partiet ledes pr. mars 2005 av Jusuf Kalla, og fikk etter valget i 2004 128 av de 550 plassene i deres House of Representatives.
