Gullhaug bru, tidligere Guldhaug bru eller Guldhaugbrua går over Akerselva i Nydalen i Oslo. Nydalsveien passerer her både Gullhaug torg og elva over brua.

Brua har sitt navn etter plassen Guldhaug øst for elva. På 1800-tallet var det trebru på dette stedet, men den ble ombygd til jernkonstruksjon i 1885, i forbindelse med utvidelse av veien. Den førte da fra Bakke Mølles eiendom på vestbredden til Christiania Spigerverks område og det såkalte «Bikkjetorget» øst for elva.[1] Gullhaug bru passerer Akerselva på et sted med mindre fossefall, og fallrettighetene ved brua ble på 1800-tallet utnyttet til å skaffe kraft både til mølla og verket.
Da Spikerverket var på sitt største lå brua inne på et mer eller mindre lukket industriområde. Det var åpent for ferdsel, men verket hadde kjøreporter i hver ende av Nydalsveien slik at gjennomfartstrafikken over brua var begrenset på dagtid, mens området var stengt om nettene.
