Havøysund (nordsamisk: Ávanuorri, arkaisk russisk: Gausin[1]) er et tettsted, et fiskevær og administrasjonssenteret i Måsøy kommune i Finnmark. Tettstedet ligger på Havøya utenfor kysten av Vest-Finnmark, og har 915[2] innbyggere per 1. januar 2023.

Fiskerinæringa er viktigste næringsvei med en rekke fiskefartøy, to store fiskeindustribedrifter samt landets nordligste klippfisktørkeri.
Stedet ligger på Havøya og har hatt bruforbindelse med fylkesvei 889 på fastlandet siden 18. august 1988, da Havøysundbrua ble offisielt åpnet av Kong Olav V. Norsk Hydro har bygget en vindmøllepark på øya, noe som har blitt et landemerke for alle sjøfarende. Vindmøllene ligger på Gavlen, hvor utkikkspunktet Arctic View gir utsikt ut i Barentshavet og til det arktiske øyriket omkring.
Stedet har sør- og nordgående hurtigruteforbindelse om morgenen hver dag.
Redningsskøyta «Odin» er stasjonert i Havøysund.[3]
Havøysund har daglige bussforbindelser til trafikknutepunktet Olderfjord.
Nærmeste lufthavn for reisende er Lakselv lufthavn, Banak, 155 km fra Havøysund.
