Ramat Gan (hebraisk: רָמַת גַּן eller רָמַת־גַּן uttale – «hagehøyder») er en by i Tel Aviv-distriktet, Israel. Den grenser til byene Tel Aviv, Giv'atayim, Bnei Brak, Kiryat Ono og Givat Shmuel. Stedet huser Israels nasjonale fotballstadium, Bar-Ilan-universitetet, Israels største sykehus (Sheba medisinske senter) og en nasjonalpark. Byen huser også en av verdens største diamantmarkeder, som er lokalisert i Israels høyeste bygning, Moshe Aviv Tower.

Ramat Gan ble etablert i 1921 som en moshav, en kommunal bosetning med fokus på landbruk. Etter kommersiell vekst og befolkningsvekst så fikk den bystatus i 1950. Per 2004 hadde Ramat Gan 127 400 innbyggere på et område på 12 000 dunam (12 km²). Befolkningen vokste med en vekstrate på 0,7 % per år.
Ifølge Israels statistiske sentralbyrå var Ramat Gans sosioøkonomiske rangering på åtte av ti i 2001. 70,9 % av avgangsstudentene mottok vitnemålssertifikat i 2000. Det året var gjennomsnittslønnen i Ramat Gan på 6 995 INS.
