12 Hours of Sebring 2012 – 60. edycja długodystansowego wyścigu samochodowego, która odbyła się 17 marca 2012 roku. Wyścig ten był inauguracją pierwszego sezonu FIA World Endurance Championship oraz sezonu 2012 American Le Mans Series. Stawka składała się z 64 samochodów podzielonych na dziewięć klas: pięć z American Le Mans Series oraz cztery z FIA World Endurance Championship.
