Kariera

Ingram rozpoczął swoją karierę muzyczną w roku 1990, kiedy to dołączył do zespołu Benediction, zastępując Marka "Barney" Greenwaya aby ten mógł się skupić na Napalm Death^[1]. W marcu 1998 roku, Ingram opuścił zespół. W międzyczasie w 1996 współpracował z Bolt Thrower jako wokalista koncertowy, zastępując krótko w 1996 ówczesnego wokalistę Martina van Drunena^[2]. Na stałe dołączył do zespołu jako pełnoprawny członek dopiero w 1998 roku.

Ingram śpiewał w Bolt Thrower od 1998 aż do 2004 roku i nagrał z zespołem album Honour Valour Pride^[3]. W 2004 roku, tuż przed nagrywaniem Those Once Loyal, Ingram opuścił zespół z powodu pogarszającego się stanu zdrowia^[3]. Zastąpił go Karl Willetts.

W 2008 roku, Ingram rozpoczął internetową audycję Metal Breakfast Radio, w której recenzuje płyty podziemnych zespołów metalowych^[2]. Pięć lat później założył nowy zespół Down Among the Dead Men, z którym nagrał 3 studyjne albumy^[4].

W 2016 roku, Ingram został ogłoszony nowym wokalistą holenderskiej formacji Hail of Bullets^[5]. Jednak rok później zespół ogłosił zakończenie działalności^[6].

W lipcu 2019 roku ogłoszono, że Ingram wrócił na stałe do Benediction^[7].

Życie prywatne

Ingram poślubił Dunkę i przeprowadził się do Kopenhagi. Ma syna o imieniu Oliver.

Ingram jest znany także jako kapłan w Kościele Szatana^[2].
