Boana nympha is a frog that lives in Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. Scientists think it might also live in Brazil. Scientists have seen it as high as 600 meters above sea level.[1][3]

This frog can be bright yellow or bronze in color. The adult male frog is 24.4 to 31.2 mm long from nose to rear end and the adult female frog is 26.0 to 36.0 mm long.[1]

These frogs are named after the nymphs from Ancient Greek mythology, immortal women who lived in forests.[1]
