Leila Seth (October 20, 1930 May 5, 2016) was an Indian judge. She was the first woman judge on the Delhi High Court and she became the first woman to become Chief Justice of a state High Court on August 5, 1991.[1] She retired from the court on October 20, 1992. Seth was born in Lucknow, British India.

Seth died on May 5, 2017 at her home in Noida, India from cardio-respiratory arrest at the age of 86.[2]
