Pirozjki (пирожки, meervoud van pirozjok; letterlik "pasteitjies"), soms ook gespel pirizjki (Oekraïens: пиріжки), is ’n generiese woord vir klein gebakte of gebraaide rolletjies wat ’n verskeidenheid vulsels kan kry. Die klem van die woord val op die laaste lettergreep: pʲirɐʂˈkʲi.

, die enkelvoud) is die verkleinwoord van die Russiese пирог (pirog, "pastei"), wat ’n volgrootte-pastei is. Pirozjki is iets anders as die pierogi van’n Algemene soort pirozjki is gevulde, gebakte rolletjies wat van gegiste deeg gemaak en dikwels met eier gesmeer word om dit ’n goue kleur te gee. Hulle bevat dikwels vleis (veral beesvleis) of ’n groentevulsel (fynaartappel, sampioene, uie en eier, of kool). Dit kan ook ’n vulsel kry van vis (soos salm) of hawermout en vleis of afval. Soet vulsels kan insluit gebakte of vars vrugte (appels, kersies, appelkose, gekapte suurlemoen, konfyt of maaskaas). Die pasteitjies kan alleen gebraai en dan gevul word, of dit kan met die vulsel gebraai word.
Ander soorte deeg, soos ’n pasteideeg, kan gebruik word in die plek van die gegiste deeg. Die pirozjki kan klein wees, so lank en breed soos twee vingers; of groter, effens kleiner as ’n hamburger. Dit word dikwels saam met sop voorgesit.
