Jacksons Food Stores is an American chain of gas stations and convenience stores. They were founded in 1975 by John D. Jackson in Caldwell, and the stores began expanding shortly across states in the West Coast of the United States. Their headquarters are in Meridian, Idaho and are owned by their sister company Jackson Oil. There are 300 stores in the U.S. states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona.[1] Some locations are tied with Shell and ExtraMile gas and service stations.
