Walim [ˈvalim] is a village in Wałbrzych County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Walim. It lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Wałbrzych, and 64 kilometres (40 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław. The town is notable for 300-year-old timber framed houses.
