The 2024 Kansas Democratic presidential primary took place on March 19, 2024, as part of the Democratic Party primaries for the 2024 presidential election. 39 delegates to the Democratic National Convention will be allocated to presidential candidates.[1] The contest was held alongside Arizona, Illinois, and Ohio.
President Biden won in a landslide, though None of the names shown did win three small counties and 10.3% of the vote. The counties that None of the names shown won were Ness, Rawlins, and Sheridan counties. Kansas City activist groups, including the Palestinian-led group Al-Hadaf KC and Free Palestine KC, encouraged voters to mark the option 'None of the names shown' as a protest vote against the Biden administration’s handling of the war between Israel and Hamas.[2][3] In Greeley County, there was a tie between Joe Biden, None of the names shown, and Marianne Williamson.[4][5]
