Аполда (германски: Apolda) — град во средишниот дел на Тирингија, Германија, главен град на округот Вајмар. Се наоѓа во средината на триаголникот Вајмар - Јена - Наумбург, близу реката Илм, околу 15 километри источно од Вајмар, на главната железничка линија од Берлин преку Хале, до Франкфурт.

Аполда била првпат спомената во 1119. До 1633 била седиште на благородничкото семејство Вицтум, кои владееле релативно самостојно. Помеѓу 1633 и Првата светска војна била во посед на Универзитетот во Јена. Исто така, од 1691 Аполда била дел од Војводството (по 1815 Големото Војводство) Саксо-Вајмар. Околу 1700, индустријата за плетење започнала да се развива и кон крајот на 19 век, Аполда бил најбогатиот град во целиот регион. По Втората светска војна, Тирингија станала дел од Источна Германија. До повторното обединување на Германија, Аполда сè уште била позната по нејзината текстилна индустрија. Оттогаш, започнало познатото економско распаѓање.
Има неколку познати јавни градби, но поседува три цркви и споменици на расата на кучиња „доберман“, која била создадена во Аполда и на Кристијан Цимерман (1759–1842), кој со воведувањето на трикотажните и фабриките за облека, ја направил Аполда едно од најважните места во Германија во овие гранки на индустрија.
