တံတားဦးရွာ (အင်္ဂလိပ်: Tadaru)သည် မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီး၊ ရမည်းသင်းခရိုင်၊ ရမည်းသင်းမြို့နယ်၊ မြို့လှကျေးရွာအုပ်စု၌ တည်ရှိသည်။ ရွာနေရာကုတ်မှာ ၁၉၂၅၄၉ ဖြစ်သည်။ ၂၀၁၄ သန်းခေါင်စာရင်းအရ မြို့လှကျေးရွာအုပ်စုတွင် ကျား ၁၅၈၁ ဦး၊ မ ၁၉၈၁ ဦး၊ လူဦးရေ စုစုပေါင်း ၃၅၆၂ ဦးနေထိုင်သည်။ [၁]
