Brandal er et tettsted i Hareid kommune i Møre og Romsdal. Tettstedet har 326[1] innbyggere per 1. januar 2023, og ligger på vestsiden av Sulafjorden og på østsiden av øya Hareidlandet omtrent fire kilometer nord for Hareid sentrum. Totalt i bygda er det 365 innbyggere (2015). 196 i grunnkretsen Brandal-Indredal og 169 i grunnkretsen Brandal-Kvitnes.

Brandal var lenge kjent som hjemsted for selfangere, som årlig fra 1898 hadde fangstturer til Kvitsjøen (slutt 1939), Vestisen og Newfoundland (1939–1982). En pioner innen selfangsten var skipper og skipsreder Peter S. Brandal. Han startet også utvinning av kull ved Kongsfjorden på Svalbard. Stedet ble kalt Brandal City, men skiftet senere navn til Ny-Ålesund.
Ishavsmuseet Aarvak (stiftet 1981) ligger i Brandal. På uteområdet ved museet står monumentet Ishavskjerringa, som er laget av Tore Bjørn Skjølsvik og ble avduket 18. juni i 2005.
