Nordkapptunnelen er en undersjøisk veitunnel på europavei 69 i Finnmark. Tunnelen går under Magerøysundet mellom fastlandet og Magerøya. Den er 6 875 meter lang[1] og går ned til 212 meter under havet.[2] Tunnelen ble åpnet 15. juni 1999 og er en del av FATIMA-prosjektet, fastlandsforbindelse til Magerøya. Sammen med Honningsvågtunnelen erstattet Nordkapptunnelen fergestrekningen mellom Kåfjord og Honningsvåg. Største stigning i tunnelen er 10 %.[3]

Tunnelen har kuldeporter i hver ende som holder kulden ute om vinteren, for å unngå isdannelse i fjellveggene. Disse portene åpner seg automatisk når en bil nærmer seg. På sommeren er normalt portene alltid åpne.
Det er lov å sykle gjennom tunnelen.[4] Etappe 1 og 2 av Arctic Race of Norway 2014 og nest siste etappe av Trans Europe Foot Race 2009[5] gikk gjennom Nordkapptunnelen.
Nordkapptunnelen er den lengste veitunnelen i Finnmark, og den var verdens nest lengste undersjøiske veitunnel da den åpnet i 1999, etter Tokyobuktatunnelen.
