BAFTA de melhor ator num papel principal (no original, em inglês: Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role) é um prêmio entregue anualmente pela British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) ao ator masculino que se tenha distinguido durante o ano num papel principal em cinema. Atores de qualquer nacionalidade são elegíveis para receber o prémio.
