Mark Goldenberg (fødd 10. april 1952) er ein USA-amerikansk gitarist og låtskrivar, kjend som studiomusikar og for å ha skrive suksessrike songar for Linda Ronstadt, The Pointer Sisters og andre.
I 1976 byrja Goldenberg å spele gitar med Al Stewart.[2] Sidan skipa Goldenberg bandet The Cretones.[3] Linda Ronstadt spelte tre av songane deira på albumet Mad Love og dei var bandet hennar for ei tid og spelte på to av albuma hennar.[4] Goldenberg skipa så bandet Our Town, som spelte inn eitt album som aldri kom ut.
Goldenberg har spelt på plater med Bob Dylan,[5] Jackson Browne,[6] Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt,[7] Peter Frampton,[8] Eels, Natalie Imbruglia,[9] Chris Isaak, Karla Bonoff, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson og William Shatner.
