十二伊瑪目派或簡稱伊瑪目派（阿拉伯文：اثنا عشرية，波斯文：اثنی عشری）是伊斯蘭教什葉派中最大的派系，因尊崇阿里及其後裔等12代伊瑪目而得名，也是伊朗伊斯蘭共和國的國教，主要分布於伊朗、伊拉克、巴基斯坦和印度等地。
